Just an idea that maybe would rise the 3D product a notch to another level of usability? I am pretty sure several of the plugins had built-in spectrum analyser functionality under 2D.

I'd be happy if the meter had a considerable latency, as long as it shows any spectral and levels info it'd be much better to use than any external software that does not connect as "direct" as 3D does in my signal chain. And for an instant I wondered how killer setup if would be to add a meter plugin into 3D MIO mixer and whoah, all is visible including if there's a external HW. Last days I've been doing some mix EQuing, multiband compression, and I have to turn to external software meters to see how the individual track or whole mix spectrum look like and to match it with another reference source. Just a theoretical question to BJ: Is it possible to make (even a simple looking) spectrum meter plugin for MH 3D technology?

in this instance the quickly doing a recording pass with higher buffer settings high resource load, disabling channels, lowering buffers and doing low latency monitoring against the mio console busses and master would be a god send. recording the master outs and busses allows for immediately turning off the majority of channels in a DAW project(and mio console as well) and being able to over dub or launch new channels with the free'd resources.

But not being able to listen back to a recording is absurd. Im loving the depth and ease of routing high quality sounds around. The tape monitored tracks return to there own master volume control that's either a seperate monitor source or able to be mixed into the monitor path of the main outs.įor group outs and mains this would work too. This is kinda how my Trident board works. thus the states of mio console "working mixer" aren't touched while the recording can be monitored and controlled. session recording could have a behavior option for independent solo mutes. this module just has a volume knob and it's own solo and mutes. the input for the new tape return module is on the same correspondingĬhannel perhaps above the pan. Out of session record outputs into a NEW mio console module tape monitor return. ieĬhannels input into inserts and sends in MIO console into post fader direct out (just like a console/ traditional mixer) into session record input. I believe this would be a more logical way to interact with session record panel. When I couldn't figure it out I assumed it was on the monitor control, just as a traditional console and 2 track return. but i'm surprised there isn't a way to monitor. try dragging the clip to another track.I figured that out. I think you have to use any but the Main. I'm not quite sure why it isn't up on the site yet, but shoot them an email and they should be able to get you up and running fast!

That means it is not a apple silicon kext?I had the same issue and emailed support and they personally sent me a driver for M1 that they haven't released to the public yet.

Then i tried to install the latest driver via mioconsole 3d.īut after rebooting, the security & privacy pane in system preferences show nothing to allow to load.Įxecuting: /usr/bin/kmutil load -bundle-path /Library/Extensions/MHLinkDriver.kextĮrror Domain=KMErrorDomain Code=71 "Incompatible architecture: Binary is for x86_64, but needed arch arm64e" UserInfo= I followed the guidelines, setting up the security to "reduced security" and allowed to load third party extensions. Today i tried to install mioconsole 3d on my new macbook air m1.
